Goal!

Since I have a new goal training became so much easier.  What a difference.  Something to look forward to. And really I am excited. I am getting back into my routine of biking, running and power training; and slowly cranking up the pace. Soon I will add daywalks with my full backpack and of course some rock climing. I also will be doing and am already doing in some people eyes crazy things like sleeping outside at minus 10 or running at night with my headlamp, climbing with my crampons etc anything which gets me prepared and lets me use my gear and at the same time having FUN.

Next step in my prep ordering my airplane ticket to Kathmandu.
